5+5 Strategic Partner: Project 1.27

Project 1.27 is excited to expand its work of caring for children through a new initiative called FamiliesCare. This initiative will help prevent children from entering the foster care system by supporting vulnerable families. Individuals and families from Colorado Community Church are invited to prayerfully consider joining a FamiliesCare Group of 4-8 people who will come alongside and support a family with a child at risk of out-of-home placement.
