Funeral Care

If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, please accept our sincerest condolences. If you choose to hold the service at CCC, our Funeral Team is here to help you plan and coordinate a meaningful service for your loved one.

Meal Care

CCC has a team of volunteers who provide hot meals for those recovering from surgery or struggling with a serious illness. Because CCC is a large congregation, oftentimes we don’t know if you’re going through something unless you reach out to us. Contact our Care Ministry to let us know how we can help.

VISITATION MINISTRY

Many people in our congregation and community are dealing with significant health issues, rehabilitating from injuries, residing in nursing homes, or are homebound. Oftentimes, people in these situations experience feelings of isolation and loneliness, and reach out to the church requesting a visit. It is our honor to visit these individuals, as we believe that everyone deserves to experience care and meaningful connection, especially in times of need.

Our Visitation Team is here to help in difficult times with prayer and support. If you or a loved one are ill, rehabilitating, in a nursing home, have cancer or other health issues, or if you know someone who is homebound and would like a visit (with their permission), please contact our Care Ministry.

Griefshare

Tuesdays, Aug 20-Nov 19 | 6:30pm | 3rd Grade Classroom

GriefShare is a DVD-led seminar for people grieving the death of a loved one. Led by people who understand what you are going through, GriefShare support groups will provide valuable resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
Materials cost $20.

Widow Care

Widowhood can feel isolating at times, which is why community is so important. Connect to community, resources, and care as you navigate the widowhood journey.

Success over stroke

Tuesdays | 10:00-11:30am | 4th/5th Grade Room

Have you or a loved one experienced a stroke?  SOS is a support group for stroke survivors and caregivers. You do not have to go through this alone.

Caregiver Support Group

First Fridays | 10:00am | West Fireplace Area

Join us for a monthly support group for people caring for older adults, a loved one with cancer, those with mental health issues, or a loved one with a disability. We will learn how to improve healthy coping skills, reduce anxiety and distress, and help you feel less isolated

Resources

Counselor Recommendation list

We all, at times, need someone to help us through a difficult period in our lives. The Lord has gifted specific men and women to give counsel, encouragement, and to come alongside us as we work through our struggles. We have prepared and approved a list of counselors for your reference.

Care for the Elderly - PAce

At CCC we seek to help families who may be struggling with the wellbeing of their aging parents or grandparents. For this reason, we want to spread awareness about PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), a government program that InnovAge administers in Colorado. PACE helps families by supporting aging adults who wish to stay living at home independently by providing coordinated healthcare, transportation, in-home care, social and recreational activities at local PACE centers, and much more – commonly at no cost to them.
