LEAD Africa is committed to raising up a new generation of believers in Sierra Leone. The aftermath of civil war has created massive gaps in education and in godly leadership. Through the American Montessori School, and the Kingdom Connection Center, a church planted in the heart of the capital, Don and Joyce Osman are committed to raising up a new generation of believers in Sierra Leone that are balanced in their beliefs, resolute in their convictions, passionate in their service and steadfast in their commitments.
We engage in:

• Weekly church services and Bible studies
• Christian-based character education that impacts the whole person
• Hosting Saturday Good News Clubs
• Sports ministry to create relationships with youth
• Assisting people in low income and rural areas with life skills training
• Presenting the Gospel and disciple new believers in Christ
