 At CCC, we believe every member is a missionary.
By having a passport, we are saying yes to being a missionary wherever God may lead us, whether that is across an ocean or even just across the street!

Please note that the cost of a new adult passport is $130 and a new child passport is $100.

1. Complete application

There are many different types of passport application forms based on your citizenship, whether or not you are renewing an old passport, and for children. You can find the full list here and fill out the one that applies to you.

2. Get Your Photo Taken

Here are some basics to know:
  1. Submit one color photo, taken in the last 6 months.
  2. Use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media.
  3. Have someone else take your photo. No selfies.
  4. Take off your eyeglasses for your photo.
  5. Use a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines.
Many places like USPS and FedEx have passport photo services. You can find a place to get your photo taken here. We always suggest calling a location first to confirm availability.

3. schedule an appointment

An appointment is required for all people applying for a passport for the first time. Be aware that slots fill up quickly, so plan ahead!
