 At CCC, we believe every member is a missionary. Having a passport is a spiritual statement. When you get your passport, you are saying that you recognize the call of Jesus to go into all the world - whether that is crossing an ocean or your own street. If the cost of a passport is a barrier to you taking this step of faith, please fill out the form below.

1. Complete application

There are many different types of passport application forms based on your citizenship, whether or not you are renewing an old passport, and for children. You can find the full list here and fill out the one that applies to you.

2. Get Your Photo Taken

Here are some basics to know:
  1. Submit one color photo, taken in the last 6 months.
  2. Use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media.
  3. Have someone else take your photo. No selfies.
  4. Take off your eyeglasses for your photo.
  5. Use a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines.
Many places like USPS and FedEx have passport photo services. We always suggest calling a location first to confirm availability.

3. schedule an appointment

An appointment is required for all people applying for a passport for the first time. Be aware that slots fill up quickly, so plan ahead!
