Jubilee is about freedom for everyone in every way possible.

CCC is debt-free and we want to share that jubilee with others.

The concept of Jubilee is a release from financial debt and into freedom. This freedom is cause for great celebration and it is our desire to share in our joy with our community! As we have experienced release from debt, we have provided that same freedom in regards to medical debt to those in our own city.

The reality of living with burdensome medical debt is prevalent among our neighbors and friends in Aurora, Colorado. Fear of medical debt causes people to dangerously delay or avoid seeking medical care. To exemplify the heart of Jesus Christ, Colorado Community Church is blessing residents in our city with freedom from medical debt.

CCC partnered with Undue Medical Debt to abolish medical debt in our city. Undue identifies and purchases bundles of medical debt from hospitals and debt collectors and then partners with organizations who wish to pay off those debts for pennies on the dollar.

Would a bag of groceries give you some breathing room? We have a limited number of pre-assembled grocery bags available on a first-come-first-served basis.
On Wednesdays we do not hand out grocery bags since our More Life Community Center is open.

Medical debt resources

While Undue Medical Debt and Colorado Community Church cannot abolish all medical debt for all people, but we do want to equip you if you are in need of medical debt assistance. One such resource is Dollar For, a non-profit that helps patients with hospital-related medical debt. Visit their website to determine if you may receive the help they offer. Additionally, you can contact your non-hospital medical provider directly about a financial hardship pathway or inquire about other relief they may offer.
